Most Cheer Factory items ship within 1-2 business days for online orders placed by 12noon EST. Unless otherwise selected, orders are shipped regular UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade shipping for faster delivery.
Cheer Factory is an actual retail store for cheerleaders; the only store of its kind located inside of a prominent shopping mall! From time to time, our 'real time' in-store sales do not update right away with our online product availability. If there is ever an item that is out of stock, we will contact you for an alternate choice or a refund.

Uniforms: Please allow 4-5 weeks
Custom Printed Items: Please allow up to 2 weeks
Hair Bows:
*1-50 Bows: Please allow up to 14 business days
50-100 Bows: Please allow up to 3 weeks
100+ Bows: Please allow up to 4 weeks
*Individual Bow orders usually ship within 7 business days.
We are happy to accommodate Rush Orders for Bows!
Rush Options are available for 50 Bows or less.
Production time for Bow Rush Orders will be 10 business days or less.
Rush Upgrades can be added during the online order process for an additional charge of $1.99-$2.99 per Bow.

In-Store Pick-Up: Orders can be purchased online & picked up at the Cheer Factory store.
This is a convenient option available to our VA customers.
Cheer Factory is located in Chesapeake, VA inside of the Greenbrier Mall.
Returns:
14 Day Return Policy
We will issue a full refund for most items returned within 14 days of receiving in new condition with the original receipt or packing slip, tags, packaging & accessories. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as which the merchandise was originally purchased. Returned items shipped back to Cheer Factory will be at the customer's expense.
Even under the best circumstances & with good care, hairbow attachments & Pony O's will eventually wear down and break over time. We can only offer to repair broken Pony O's or other hairbow attachments within 14 days of purchase receipt.
7 Day Return Items
Body-wear (crop tops, bodysuits, sports bras, socks, tights & leggings) are an exception, and can only be returned new & unused within 7 days of receiving, accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip and all original packaging & accessories.
NO RETURN ITEMS
TO PROTECT ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS, GARMENTS OF A SENSITIVE NATURE (BLOOMERS & BOYCUT BRIEFS) CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on ANY special order merchandise, custom designed merchandise (including uniforms), “Make-Your-Own” cosmetics, make-up products, poms, edible items, hair ribbon, hair bows, shipping charges, books or magazines. This includes items that are special ordered and currently not in-stock in store inventory. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including socks, CDs, DVDs, & collectibles. Select sale and clearance items may be deemed as “Final Sales” and may not be returned.
Paid items not picked up within 30 days will be returned to the sales floor for re-sale & an in-store merchandise credit will be issued at the value of the merchandise originally paid for. In-store merchandise credits are good for 6 months from the date the items were originally purchased. (This is applicable to online orders where "in store pick-up" is selected.)
